What you buy

StreamerLoft supplies downloadable WordPress software. Free includes Core; Pro includes Core and Pro; Website Kit includes Core, Pro and the Midnight theme. Only features described in the shop are included. Hosting, domains, custom work and third-party accounts are separate. Check the installation requirements before ordering.

Price and order

Prices are in EUR. The checkout shows the final total, including any applicable tax, before the payment button. A test-mode checkout is a simulation and does not form a paid purchase. For live purchases, the contract is concluded when payment is confirmed and the order is accepted on the purchase page. No automatic renewal or recurring charge is created.

Delivery and software rights

After confirmed payment, downloads are provided on the purchase page and an access email is sent to the checkout address. Delayed payment methods may delay access until confirmation. You receive twelve months of downloads, released updates and product support for one website. The included code is GPL-2.0-or-later; font licenses are included. The one-website scope limits support services and does not restrict rights granted by the GPL. Installed software keeps working after the service period.

Updates and support

Updates can be installed through WordPress with an update key or by manually uploading ZIP packages. Product support covers installation and reproducible defects; custom development, hosting operation and external platform issues are excluded. Back up your site before updates. Renewal is optional: after expiry, buying the same package again (currently Pro €39 / Website Kit €79 including applicable VAT) starts a new twelve-month period at payment. Remaining time is not carried over; no recurring charge is created. Statutory rights relating to defects and any mandatory update obligations remain unaffected.

Cancellation for consumers

You may cancel your purchase within fourteen days of concluding the contract without giving a reason. Tell Lucas Kleipödszus at the address above or [email protected] with a clear statement, for example by email. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient.

If you cancel, payments received will be refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your cancellation, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without refund fees. We do not ask you to waive this right for immediate download access.

Optional cancellation form: “To Lucas Kleipödszus, Felchenstraße 21, 76437 Rastatt, Germany, [email protected]: I hereby cancel my contract for the following digital product: [product]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature only if submitted on paper.”

Refunds and access

Contact support with your order reference for refunds or problems. Refunded or disputed payments suspend future download access while the matter is resolved. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded or limited by these terms.
